Saturday. Well attended. Supply good, and practically all changed hands. It was remarked by more than one such a demand had not been seen there for 20 years. Colts made from £40 to £50. Mr Alfred Grindle (Bristol) sold 34 cart horses at an average of £50; the highest price for these horses was £70. Rough tradesmen's horses made from £30 to £35, and small mountain ponies ranged from £6 to £12.
